Measurement & Control Products, Inc. offers a variety of programs and services that will maximize the return on control system investments; they include:

Module Exchange & Repair: We service installed equipment, particularly older products which may now be obsolete and in limited availability. In addition, Measurement & Control Products offers a module Exchange/Repair service. If we have the module that you are looking for in inventory, we can do a same day shipment of a replacement module to exchange with the failed product. If we do not have the unit in stock, we will offer to either repair the unit or replace it with a more current product.

Refurbished Module Service: We offer a refurbished module service to cost-effectively add functionality to systems. “Like new” units can be purchased at a significantly reduced price.

New Module Service: M&CP offers new modules, for those looking to take advantage of the current technology offered by ABB/Bailey Controls.

Technical Support & Field Service: We provide support services to our clients which include:

· On-Site Field Service & Technical Support

· Project & System Engineering Support Services

· Cabinet assembly & checkout services

· Console upgrade/conversion programs where M&CP will upgrade/convert your older OIU, MCS and OIS consoles to today’s current console products utilizing the existing console furniture or providing new enclosures and furniture). Additionally, we can also support products like LAN-90 PCV.

· Telephone support for products that we supply.

· Customer Inventory Audits where we will test and analyze products in your inventory to ensure functionality and availability when the products are put in to service. As part of this service, if a problem is found, we will offer you the option to repair/exchange the product.
