Electromagnetic Flowmeter FSM4000

Function – Electromagnetic flowmeters can be used to accurately measure the flow rate of liquids, slurries, pastes and sludges with an electrical conductivity of at least 20 µS/cm (opt. 0.5 µS/cm).

Applications – The SM4000 is specially designed to measure liquids in the pulp & paper and food & beverage industry. It can be used to measure pulp stocks & flows, fast changing process, two phase liquids, mining slurries and pulsating flows (piston pump application).

Instrument Advantages – Digital Signal Processing (DSP) assures long term stability and accuracy in both flow directions with absolute zero stability. – Integrated diagnostic tools including system monitoring with the error analysis displayed and signaled over a contact output for increased operational reliability. – Easy to use menu-driven operating structure for application the configuration. Easy to read the full graphic display is back lighted.

Coriolis Mass Flowmeter FCM2000

The FCM2000 is the economical and uncomplicated ABB Mass Flowmeter with the new DSP-converter mounted integral or remote from the flowmeter primary. The compact design reduces the installation and cabling expenses. The flowrate information can be viewed directly at the meter site and the meter can be installed in your system in a more space efficient manner.

Instrument Advantages

§          The smallest, lightest, most modern Mass-Flow meter available in the market today.

§          Wide flow range; meter size „D“ (DN 15 [1/2”]) to meter size „L“ (DN 150 [6”]).

§          No moving parts, no wear, no maintenance.

§          Operate using a Magnet Stick without opening the housing

§          Simultaneous measurement of the mass flowrate, density and temperature
